Public Information Requests

The Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) allows you to obtain copies of public records. To request records, fill out a GRAMA request form, and pay the records request fees.

Utah County Elections

Elections in Eagle Mountain are contracted with Utah County. As Eagle Mountain City’s elections contact, the City Recorder facilitates elections, announces upcoming elections, and ensures transparent election information. Agendas & Meeting Minutes

The Recorder’s Office prepares the agenda and coordinates public hearings for City Council meetings. To make a comment during a public meeting, you can fill out the form online beforehand up until 4 p.m. for City Council Meetings and 5:30 p.m. for Planning Commission meetings. If you miss the deadline to submit online, you can fill out a form in-person at City Hall when you attend the meeting.
