Utility Assistance Program

Eagle Mountain City has a utility assistance program for low-moderate income households. This program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. You can read about the program’s policies and procedures to learn more.

Funding is limited to availability and eligible participants will be selected on a first-come first-served basis.
