Elections & Voting

Let your voice be heard

the future is yours

As Eagle Mountain grows, you can have a say in its future. Informed voting is one of the best ways you can help your community. Eagle Mountain City has three City Council positions up for election every two years. The specific positions on the ballot change, alternating with three City Council members, and two City Council members plus the mayor. Each position is elected for a four-year term.

Elections

When to Vote

Elections are held on the first Tuesday of November and are administered by the Utah County Clerk’s office. Municipal elections occur in odd-numbered years, while county, state, and federal elections take place in even-numbered years.

How to vote

Ballot Drop-Off

You can drop your ballot in the Eagle Mountain Ballot Box at the north end of the City Offices at 1650 East Stagecoach Run until 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Mail-in Voting

You can also mail your ballot, but make sure it’s postmarked by the specified deadline.

Vote Centers

Various Vote Centers are located around the county. The closest one to Eagle Mountain is the Saratoga Springs LDS Church at 612 W Pony Express Pkwy. These centers are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Election Day. For a complete list, visit Utah County’s election page.
