Holiday cheer awaits at Eagle Mountain City’s Christmas Village
Eagle Mountain City invites residents to experience the magic of the season at this year’s Christmas Village, taking place on Saturday, Dec. 7, from noon to 5 p.m. at Cory Wride Memorial Park.
The event will feature a festive lineup of activities, including Santa’s grand entrance aboard a fire truck, live reindeer and a setting perfect for creating holiday memories.
“This is one of our favorite events of the year, where families can come together to celebrate the season and create lasting traditions,” says City Events Manager Dawn Hancock.
Families can meet Santa, take photos and hand-deliver letters to the jolly man himself. Children who drop off their letters, including a name and address, will receive a special reply by mail from Santa.
Visitors can explore a variety of local vendors offering handcrafted holiday gifts and enjoy festive food and drinks. The event also includes family-friendly attractions such as a petting zoo, mini pony rides and a live blacksmith demonstration.
“Seeing the joy on children’s faces and the community coming together to kick off the holiday season makes this event truly special for our team,” says Hancock.
A holiday DJ will provide the soundtrack for the day, keeping the atmosphere merry and bright.
Eagle Mountain City’s Christmas Village is a chance for the community to come together, celebrate the holiday spirit and support local businesses. Mark your calendar and join in on the festive fun!
