Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers set to open in EM

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is bringing its popular menu of classic American fare to Eagle Mountain as part of the city’s Ranches Crossing commercial development.

The fast-casual restaurant will mark its eighth location in Utah and the first business to break ground at the new shopping hub on the northeast corner of Ranches Parkway and Pony Express Parkway.

“Freddy’s will kick off a great development that has the potential to bring in businesses residents are clamoring for,” says City Economic Development Director Evan Berrett.

Freddy’s expansion into Eagle Mountain indicates broader interest in the city’s growing retail market, where demand for dining and retail options continues to increase.

The restaurant chain, known for its signature steakburgers, crispy shoestring fries, and frozen custard treats, is enthusiastic about joining the Eagle Mountain community.

“Freddy’s came to the City a few months ago excited to be part of our community and we’re excited to see them ready to build,” says Berrett.

The location of Ranches Crossing at the intersection of two major roads—Ranches Parkway and Pony Express Parkway—provides convenient access for residents across the city.

To support smooth entry to the new development, planned road improvements will enhance safety and simplify travel in the area, making the new Freddy’s easily accessible for customers coming from different parts of Eagle Mountain.

Freddy’s will offer a welcome dining option to local families and visitors alike, helping to meet Eagle Mountain’s increasing need for food and retail establishments as the city’s population continues to grow.

The new restaurant is part of a larger wave of retail expansion aimed at bringing popular brands and services to the community.

Construction at the Ranches Crossing site is expected to move swiftly, with Freddy’s anticipated to open its doors soon.
