Eagle Mountain City to host Red Cross Blood Drive in April

Eagle Mountain residents are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and make a life-saving difference.

Those looking to donate blood can participate in the Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, April 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The blood drive will take place in the City Council Chambers at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, with the goal of collecting 22 units of blood to help local patients in need.

Anita Kay, a Red Cross representative, highlighted the importance of community involvement.

“Every drop counts, and with each donation, we have the chance to help someone in their time of need,” Kay said.

With a team ready to accommodate up to 34 donors, this drive promises to be an impactful event that could save lives.

Those interested in donating can easily sign up for an appointment online. As a thank you, every donor will receive a “Thumbs Up for Donating” t-shirt to recognize their contribution.

“We can provide a great service by donating blood, and we’re excited to see how our neighbors will come together for this important cause,” said Kay.
