The mobile mammography truck will be at the Senior Center on October 31 from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. This service is open to all employees and residents.

2. COVID-19 Vaccine Update: Women are no longer required to wait four weeks after receiving their COVID vaccine or booster. Please ensure everyone knows about this change.
3. Screening Recommendations: We recommend women start with a screening mammogram at age 40 and continue every year after. Patients can call their insurance company to ensure a mammogram is covered. We accept most insurances, and Intermountain Health will bill insurance companies for the screening mammogram.
4. Accessibility: The mobile mammography unit has stairs at the entrance. Please ensure patients can climb five stairs without assistance before scheduling their appointment to ensure everyone’s safety.
5. Physician requirement– We will need the patient to provide their physician’s name for the results to be sent to for any needed follow up. If they do not have a Physician, we will not be able to perform the screening mammogram.
6. Insurance: Intermountain will bill the patient’s insurance. We accept most insurance but recommend the ladies call their insurance to verify coverage.

8. Scheduling Appointments: Your date and time are set, and the Appointments Plus program has been updated. Follow these instructions for scheduling appointments:
o Log on to Appointments Plus.
o Click the “Book Appointment” button.
o Find your location or clinic name and click it. Eagle Mountain City
o Find the month that your clinic is scheduled. (It should automatically come up with your appointed date.) 10-31-2025
o Click on the time that you would like to schedule the patient.
o Fill in all the information, being sure to use the patient’s phone number and email. This will ensure they receive their reminders.
o If your clinic is using a “Voucher,” please record the voucher number in the Patient notes section.
o Click on “Finalize Appointment” to set the automatic reminders.
