Eagle Mountain City provides water, sewer (wastewater), storm drain services, and partners with Ace Recycling for garbage. Apply for all these services with one simple online application.

Need help finding information or navigating City services? Our Customer Service team is here to assist you. Visit us at City Hall, located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, or call us at 801-789-6600.
City hall also offers free notary services for residents.
- Learn how to report maintenance issues.
- All Eagle Mountain households are eligible to pick up two free dump passes to the Intermountain Regional Landfill located approximately 7 miles south of the City’s southern border. You can pick these up in-person at City Hall. Please bring your picture ID with you and proof of residency if your ID does not have your correct address.
- Use our resident portal to report maintenance concerns such as potholes, streetlight outages, park issues, traffic concerns, irrigation problems, and other City maintenance needs. This is the fastest way to notify City staff of a non-emergency issue. Simply submit your report, and we’ll take it from there.
- Every household can face unexpected expenses or changes in circumstances. Whether you need help with food, utilities, housing, health care, transportation, or other essential needs, resources are available to help. Visit the Community Assistance Resources page to learn more.
