Eagle Mountain City Voters Have Multiple Ways to Cast a Ballot

The Regular Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Eagle Mountain residents can vote through several available options.

Vote in Person on Election Day

The Barn at Overland Voting Location

Residents that would like to vote in person in Eagle Mountain City can head to The Barn at Overland. It’s only open for in person voting on June 23, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Bring a valid ID, a poll worker prints your ballot, you fill it out and drop it in the tabulator. Voters may also use any voting location in Utah County.

Drop off Your Ballot

Voting in Eagle Mountain City Drop Box

Voters who have received a ballot by mail may return it to the secure drop box at Eagle Mountain City Hall on the north end of the building.

The Utah County ballot drop box at Eagle Mountain City Hall is accessible 24 hours a day through 8:00 PM on Election Day.

How to Vote by Mail

Residents may return their ballot through the U.S. Postal Service. Please add a stamp to the envelope and mail the ballot early so that it reaches the Elections Office in time.

Under new state law, a ballot must be received by the Elections Office before polls close on Election Day in order to be counted. A postmark is no longer sufficient to confirm timely delivery. Residents who are close to the deadline are encouraged to use the City Hall drop box to ensure their ballot arrives on time.

Want to Vote Early?

Early in-person voting is available at the Utah County Elections Office.

The office is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on June 15–18 and again on June 22. It will be closed on June 19 for Juneteenth.
