During the Eagle Mountain City Council meeting on May 19, 2026, the 2026 Pony Express Rodeo Royalty was officially recognized for their accomplishments, horsemanship, and representation of western heritage in the community.
This year’s royalty court includes:
2026 Rodeo Queen Court
- Queen: Kadence Sorensen
- 1st Attendant: Lydia Knapp
- 2nd Attendant: Camilla Sylvester
2026 Rodeo Princess Court
- Princess: Kelsey Bohn
- 1st Attendant: Nicole Anacleto

The Rodeo Queen division is open to participants ages 16–25, while the Princess division is for contestants ages 15 and younger.
This year’s court also made Pony Express Rodeo history. For the first time ever, all members of the Princess Court are from Eagle Mountain.
Another standout moment came from 8-year-old Whitley Peterson, who became the youngest contestant ever to be crowned a princess and also won Overall Horsemanship earning the top horsemanship score across all contestants, including the queens.
The Pony Express Rodeo Royalty serves as ambassadors for the rodeo and the Eagle Mountain community throughout the year, promoting sportsmanship, leadership, and western traditions at events and appearances across the region.
The Pony Express PRCA Rodeo will take place at the Pony Express Memorial Arena in Eagle Mountain from June 11–13 as part of Pony Express Days.
