Eagle-Mountain-City-Residents-dump-Pass-pick-up-City-Hall

Eagle Mountain City has partnered with Intermountain Regional Landfill to provide two complimentary landfill passes per year to residents with a city utility account. Here’s everything you need to know about how to pick up the passes for your household.

What the Landfill Pass Covers

Each courtesy pass is valid for one free pickup load at Intermountain Regional Landfill, with the following limits:

What the Pass Does NOT Cover

A few items are excluded from the courtesy pass program. The pass will not cover:

Additionally, trash from a commercial construction site is not eligible. For a complete list of accepted and restricted items, please check the landfill’s website before you make the trip.

How to Get Your Passes

Picking up your landfill passes is simple, but it does require a visit to City Hall in person. Here’s what you need to do:

Where: Eagle Mountain City Hall, 1650 E. Stagecoach Run
When: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
What to bring: A valid form of ID

You must be an Eagle Mountain resident with a city utility account to qualify. One of the best parts of this program? The passes do not expire, so you can hold onto them until you actually need them.

A Note for Renters

Landfill passes are issued per household, not per individual. If you are renting, please check with your landlord first to see if they have already picked up the passes for your address. If the landlord has not picked them up, the renter is welcome to come to City Hall and pick up the passes for the household.

Where to Use Your Pass

Once you have your pass in hand, head out to Intermountain Regional Landfill to redeem it.
