Cory B. Wride Memorial Park

Spanning dozens of acres along Pony Express Parkway, Cory B. Wride Memorial Park is one of Eagle Mountain’s largest and most popular destinations for family recreation. The park is anchored by a sprawling playground packed with slides, swings, zip lines, a bridge, a cargo net, rope climbers, and musical play equipment, alongside an all-abilities play area designed so children of every need can join the fun. Sports enthusiasts will find pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, and baseball fields, while a paved walking loop circles the grounds for an easy stroll.

In the summer months, the park’s splash pad is a favorite way to cool off, open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Two pavilions (one small & one large) and an expansive festival field make the park a natural gathering spot for birthday parties, reunions, and community events. The park is dog-friendly, and leashed dogs are welcome throughout the grounds (though not on the splash pad).

Pony Express Memorial Regional Park

Pony Express Memorial Regional Park honors the historic Pony Express route that once crossed our valley and today serves as a hub for sports and large community celebrations. The park is home to the Pony Express Memorial Arena, a baseball diamond, the Pony Express Skate Park, and the adjacent Pony Express Memorial Cemetery, with parking, and dog-friendly walking areas throughout.

The park is also home to Eagle Mountain’s Dog Park, a dedicated off-leash space where four-legged residents can run and play, making it a favorite stop for local dog owners. Whether you’re catching a ball game, practicing skate tricks, or letting the dog burn off energy, this park sits at the heart of community life.

Smith Ranch Regional Park

Smith Ranch Regional Park is a sprawling activity hub made up of five distinct park sections linked by a single looping walking trail dotted with covered picnic benches. Families can move from one area to the next to enjoy multiple playgrounds, a ninja-style obstacle course, and wide-open grassy fields perfect for soccer, frisbee, or a casual game of catch. The playground offers inclusive equipment designed for all children, so everyone has a place to play.

The park is also home to the Smith Ranch Skate Park, a modern concrete facility with a deep bowl, flowing transitions, banks, ledges, rails, and street-style features that challenge skaters of every skill level. Restrooms, shaded areas, picnic pavilions, and ample parking round out the amenities, and leashed dogs are welcome along the walking trail and throughout the park, making Smith Ranch an easy choice for an outing.

Nolen Park

Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, Nolen Park is a welcoming spot for families. The park features baseball diamonds, a playground, and clean restrooms, with plenty of open space for everyday play and weekend practices. Leashed dogs are welcome throughout the park, though pets are not permitted on the splash pad*.

During summer months, the park’s splash pad is a neighborhood highlight.

*Please note that the Nolen Park splash pad will remain closed during Summer 2026 as part of the city’s water conservation efforts.

Silverlake Amphitheater & Park

Set against a natural hillside with sweeping views of the Wasatch Front and Utah Lake, Silverlake Amphitheater & Park is one of Eagle Mountain’s most scenic gathering places. The outdoor amphitheater features tiered, general-admission lawn seating with room for thousands, making it a striking backdrop for concerts, movie nights, and community events throughout the year.

Beyond the stage, the park offers a playground, a pavilion for barbecues, restrooms, a relaxing seating area, and a dog-friendly trail where leashed pups are welcome, all designed to be accessible to visitors of all abilities. It’s a year-round destination, a place for kids to play and picnic in the summer and a favorite sledding hill once the snow arrives.

Enjoy it all
