Tooele Army Depot North Range Operations Happening Today

Residents may notice increased activity in the area today, May 4, 2026, as the Tooele Army Depot conducts operations on its North Range.

No operations are taking place on the South Range in Rush Valley. However, activity on the North Range may produce occasional noise and visible smoke in the Tooele Valley. These operations are expected to occur between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Community members who experience significant noise and would like to report it are encouraged to contact the depot directly. Reports can be submitted by calling 435-833-3300 or by emailing usarmy.tead.jmc.list.pao@army.mil.
When submitting a report, residents should include their name, phone number, email address, city, the time and date of the occurrence, the number of occurrences, and the suspected source of the noise.
