Smith Ranch Park Men’s Restroom Closed Following Vandalism
The men’s restroom at Smith Ranch Park is temporarily closed after being vandalized.
City crews discovered extensive red spray paint covering the restroom walls. The facility will remain closed while maintenance staff remove the graffiti and complete any necessary repairs.
The Smith Ranch Park Women’s and Unisex restrooms remain open and available for public use during the closure.
This marks the third vandalism incident involving City park facilities in the past two weeks. Previous incidents occurred at Pioneer Park, where restroom facilities were vandalized, and at Nolan Park, where both the restrooms and a nearby fence were spray painted.
Vandalism of public property diverts City resources away from planned maintenance and improvement projects, increases repair costs, and temporarily limits access to community amenities for residents.
Residents are encouraged to report vandalism or suspicious behavior in City parks as soon as it is observed on the Resident Portal.
The City appreciates the community’s patience as crews work to restore the Smith Ranch Park Men’s restroom and remains committed to maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming parks for everyone.
