Ramen Hero opens, adds to Eagle Mountain’s expanding retail scene
Eagle Mountain’s growing retail sector has welcomed a new addition: Ramen Hero.
The restaurant opened its doors at Porter’s Crossing Town Center. The grand opening attracted enthusiastic crowds, eager to sample the diverse menu offered by the new eatery.
“It’s great to see they’ve been welcomed to the community so well,” says City Economic Development Director Evan Berrett.
Owned and operated by Wenjun Lin, a local entrepreneur, Ramen Hero brings something original to the city’s expanding food scene.
While the restaurant’s name may suggest a narrow focus on ramen, Lin’s vision goes far beyond traditional expectations. The menu offers a wide array of dishes that appeal to different tastes, making Ramen Hero a versatile dining option for residents and visitors alike.
“I hear it frequently, Eagle Mountain residents want more diversity in restaurants and Ramen Hero certainly brings that,” says Berrett.
In addition to its selection of ramen, the restaurant features an assortment of other dishes and unique beverages. The inclusion of boba tea, a sweet and chewy drink that has surged in popularity in recent years, adds another layer of excitement to the restaurant’s offerings.
Ramen Hero’s arrival is significant not only because of its popularity but also because it represents the larger trend of businesses locating in Eagle Mountain.
“There’s a lot more to look forward to in the not-so-distant future,” says Berrett.
Wenjun Lin’s commitment to bringing high-quality, locally owned dining options to Eagle Mountain aligns with the City’s overall growth strategy, as new businesses and developments steadily arrive to meet the needs of an expanding population.
The Porters Crossing Town Center, where Ramen Hero is located, has been a centerpiece for Eagle Mountain’s retail growth.
