Planned blast at Lehi Quarry on Wednesday

A scheduled blast will take place at the Lehi Quarry on Wednesday, April 23, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Residents are safe, but may hear loud noises during this time. Traffic on SR-73 may be briefly stalled while the blast is conducted.

The blasting is part of routine operations at the quarry and is being carried out with all necessary safety precautions in place. While the activity may cause some temporary disruption, it is expected to be short in duration.
