Weekly Food Truck Rally set to return Thursdays

Eagle Mountain’s weekly Food Truck Rally will return for the summer on Thursday, June 5.

It offers residents a chance to enjoy a variety of local food options and occasional live music in a casual outdoor setting.

The event takes place every Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m., running June through September. A rotating selection of food trucks will be featured each week, providing a mix of meals, snacks, and desserts. On select evenings, musical performances by local artists will also be part of the lineup.

Residents are encouraged to attend, support small businesses, and enjoy an evening out with family and friends. Weekly truck schedules and entertainment updates will be shared on the City’s social media pages.
