Mountain View Corridor paving and striping scheduled

Construction on Mountain View Corridor in Saratoga Springs continues this week with two major phases scheduled, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.

Paving on 800 West: Nov. 20

Crews will pave the westerly portion of the southbound segment of 800 West from Pioneer Crossing to 1200 North on Wednesday, Nov. 20. The work is expected to begin mid-morning and continue throughout the day.

Traffic on the southbound lane of 800 West will remain open, but drivers should expect shifted lanes and traffic control panels. Motorists are urged to slow down, proceed with caution, and be mindful of construction workers and heavy equipment entering and exiting the active construction zone.

Nighttime Lane Striping: Nov. 22

On Friday, Nov. 22, contractors will apply the second coat of paint striping, starting at 9:00 p.m. and working through the early morning hours of Saturday, Nov. 23. This phase includes:
