Eagle Mountain City’s annual ShocktoberFest is back! Join us October 14 from 7–9 p.m. for a free, hands-on community CPR and AED training designed to help residents feel prepared and confident when an emergency happens. Participants will learn lifesaving CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants, along with how to properly use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Led by Eagle Mountain City’s Public Safety Director, this practical training includes real-world examples and instruction that can help you respond when every second matters. Whether you’re a parent, caregiver, neighbor, coworker, or simply want to be better prepared, a few hours of training could give you the skills to save a life. Space is limited, so register today!
