Eagle Mountain City Council Recognizes 2026 Miss Eagle Mountain Royalty

The 2026 Miss Eagle Mountain titleholders were recognized during the Eagle Mountain City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 4.

Miss Eagle Mountain 2026 Trieste Smith, Miss Eagle Mountain Teen 2026 Brighton Haws, and Miss Eagle Mountain Teen 1st Attendant Emeline Smith each addressed the Mayor and City Council, introduced themselves, and shared the community service initiative they will focus on during their year of service.

Trieste Smith shared that this was her fifth year competing for the title of Miss Eagle Mountain, making the opportunity to serve as Miss Eagle Mountain 2026 “a dream come true.”

Her community service initiative, Red, White, and Your Rights, focuses on increasing civic engagement among young voters. Through the initiative, she hopes to help young adults register to vote, better understand how candidates get on the ballot, learn about issues facing the community, and feel confident participating in the voting process.

Smith also shared that she has enjoyed attending community events, and meeting families, local businesses, and community members.

Brighton Haws, Miss Eagle Mountain Teen 2026, shared her community service initiative, Generation for Wildlife. The initiative focuses on educating youth about the importance of wildlife preservation and conservation. Haws said she is excited for the year ahead.

Emeline Smith, Miss Eagle Mountain Teen 1st Attendant, shared her community service initiative, Lifesavers in Training, which aims to teach children, teens, and adults basic first aid and emergency response skills so they can feel prepared when someone needs help.
