Tryouts and Draft Details:

Eagle Mountain Track & Field Program 2025
Our Track & Field program is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental skills of track and field events in a fun, team-oriented environment. Athletes will gain experience through structured practices and competitive meets, with opportunities to develop their skills and enjoy the sport. Some travel to other city recreation programs for meets will be required.
Practices
- Held twice a week at Cory Wride Memorial Park.
- Practices will likely include one weekday and one Saturday session.
- The final practice schedule will be determined closer to the season.
Track Meets
- Meet schedules will be shared prior to the season.
- Includes 3 regular meets and 1 championship meet (locations TBD).

Parent Information Meeting
A mandatory parent meeting will be held at the first practice on Aug. 11. This meeting is essential to provide important details about how practices and meets will be conducted. Attendance is required for both parents and athletes.

Pickleball Leagues
Adult League
Open to players aged 18 and older, this league offers competitive and recreational divisions for all skill levels:
- Recreational Division: 2.0-3.0 players
- Experienced Division: 3.5+ players
Games will be held at Cory Wride Memorial Park on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Teams will play two games per night for seven weeks, followed by a double-elimination tournament. Any duo is welcome (male/male, female/female, male/female). The season runs from April 15 to June 3 (Tuesdays) and April 17 to June 5 (Thursdays), weather permitting.
High School League
For students in grades 10-12, this league is a great way to stay active and compete with friends. Games are held at Cory Wride Memorial Park on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Teams will play two games per night for seven weeks, followed by a double-elimination tournament. Any duo is welcome (male/male, female/female, male/female).

Youth League
The Recreation Department is excited to offer a Youth Pickleball League for ages 12-15! This league is designed for fun and skill development.
- When: Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Season Dates: April 16 to June 4
- Games: Player-run with Recreation staff available for questions or to settle disputes (staff will not act as officials).
- Format: Seven weeks of play with a double-elimination tournament at the end.

While Eagle Mountain City does not offer competitive golf, we encourage residents to enjoy the wide variety of sports and recreational activities available locally. For those interested in golf, the nearby Ranches Golf Club provides opportunities to play and join programs, leagues, and an academy to develop skills. Residents can search online for more information on these offerings and take advantage of everything the Ranches Golf Club has to offer.

Snapology’s STEAM Club is an ongoing after-school program designed to spark your child’s creativity and passion for STEAM through hands-on learning. Each 6-week session is packed with unique and exciting activities, including engineering challenges, innovative builds with LEGO® bricks, and engaging robotics projects.
