White Hills Rezoning Project

Adjusting for What’s Ahead

Since the Eagle Mountain City Zoning Map was adopted, some properties have been listed as either Under Review or Residential. The Eagle Mountain City Council has asked that these properties, and a few nearby parcels, be assigned official zoning that matches current City rules. They also want to make sure the zoning fits with the City’s Future Land Use Map, updating that map if needed.

Affected Parcels

The list below shows the properties involved in the proposed rezone, including each parcel’s tax ID and owner. It also details the current Future Land Use Map designation and zoning, along with any proposed changes to the map or zoning for each parcel.

Get Engaged

Attend Public Hearings

We’ve sent notices about upcoming public hearings on rezoning to everyone who needs to know. The proposed changes to the Future Land Use Map and zoning will first be looked at by the Planning Commission, who will make recommendations. After that, the City Council will review the proposals and make the final decisions. We expect to hold public meetings and hearings on the proposed changes at the following dates and times:

  • Planning Commission Public Hearing – Nov. 25, 2025, 6:30 p.m., 1650 Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, 84005
  • City Council Public Hearing – Dec. 16, 2025, 7 p.m., 1650 Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, 84005

Property owners listed in the table and shown on the map have up to 10 days after the first public hearing to submit a written objection if they do not want their property included in the proposed zoning map or map changes. Any objections submitted will be shared with the City Council. Written protests should be addressed to the Eagle Mountain City Council and delivered to:
