Pioneer Park’s New Disc Golf Course Offers Unique 18-Hole Experience

Eagle Mountain residents and disc golf enthusiasts have a new reason to celebrate: a disc golf course is now open at Pioneer Park in City Center. Unlike many local courses, Eagle Mountain’s new course boasts a full 18 holes—a rarity in the area.

Eagle Mountain resident Josh Slagowski explained why this course is unique, “It’s pretty awesome that it’s a full 18. Most around here are nine holes.”

A disc golf player for over a decade, Slagowski hopes the new course will attract both residents and visitors.

“I will definitely drive different places to try a new course. And if it’s a course that I really like, I’ll go back,” he said. “That’s what I’m hoping, is that people can come and find this cool new course and enjoy it.”

The project took nearly four years from conception to completion.

Now available for public use, Slagowski emphasized the importance of respecting private property. “If you end up throwing a disc into somebody’s backyard, don’t jump the fence,” he noted. “Don’t go into anybody’s yard. That’s really the main rule.”

With its unique features and community-driven origins, the new disc golf course at Pioneer Park is set to become a favorite destination for Eagle Mountain’s outdoor enthusiasts.
