Lowe’s, Smith’s gain City Council approval

On Wednesday, March 25, the City Council made it official and approved both Lowe’s Home Improvement and Smith’s Marketplace to join Eagle Mountain City.

The project will feature building aesthetic that fit with the look and feel of the City.

During the regularly scheduled meeting on Feb. 10, the Planning Commission gave a favorable recommendation to the City Council in relation to a development agreement for a proposed new commercial development that would be anchored by Lowe’s and Smith’s, named Eagle’s Landing, located north of mid Valley Road and east of Pony Express Parkway.

Official construction start and grand opening dates are still to be determined.
