Lowe’s, Smith’s Express Interest In Eagle Mountain

Lowe’s Home Improvement and Smith’s Marketplace shared their interest in joining the Eagle Mountain community.

During the regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 10, the Planning Commission gave a favorable recommendation to the City Council in relation to a development agreement for a proposed new commercial development that would be anchored by Lowe’s and Smith’s, named Eagle’s Landing, located north of mid Valley Road and east of Pony Express Parkway.

One Call Auto was also given a favorable recommendation.

These possible additions would mean closer access to home improvement resources, groceries, home goods, and auto care for residents and businesses in the area.

While no final decisions have been made, residents can continue to look forward to potential ways business development will benefit all those who call Eagle Mountain home.
