Halloween Town brings spooky fun to Eagle Mountain on Saturday

The crisp autumn air will be filled with excitement and spooky delight this Saturday as Eagle Mountain hosts its annual Halloween Town & Car Show at Nolen Park on Oct. 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Organized by the City’s Events department, the celebration promises to offer a mix of family-friendly entertainment, classic cars and trick-or-treating across vendor booths.

“Our goal is to build a safe, fun and interactive space for families in Eagle Mountain to celebrate Halloween together,” said Events Manager Dawn Hancock. “We’ve got something for everyone.”

Car lovers can look forward to the Halloween Town Car Show, organized in conjunction with Rockin’ Hotrod Productions. Vintage and custom vehicles will be on display, with awards and music adding to the atmosphere.

“We encourage local car enthusiasts to register and bring out their pride and joy,” Hancock added.

In addition to the car show, families will enjoy trick-or-treating across vendor booths, themed activities, and on-site food trucks offering snacks and treats. The City is also encouraging attendees to wear costumes and participate in a costume contest.

“We really want to see the creativity this year,” Hancock says. “It’s all about community engagement and making memories.”

Leading up to the event, local businesses and vendors have been invited to register and set up their own trick-or-treat stations or themed booths.

“We’ve had a terrific response from our business community,” Hancock noted. “They bring great variety and help make the experience richer for attendees.”

Road and logistics planning is in place to accommodate the crowds. Organizers ask visitors to arrive early, park in designated areas and follow posted traffic guidance.

For many in Eagle Mountain, Halloween Town is a highlight of the fall social calendar.

Admission to the daytime festivities is free. For more information or to register a car or vendor booth, email the Events department.
