Evening Yoga (Ages 8+) –Join us for a gentle yoga practice to wind down your evening with peace and balance.

This evening session focuses on slow, mindful movements to release tension and promote relaxation. Bring a yoga mat or a towel, wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to relax. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a calm, supportive environment to stretch and breathe, this class is for you. Space is limited.
