City provides utility shutoff deadline reminder

Eagle Mountain City is reminding residents that the monthly utility payment deadline falls on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at midnight.

Accounts not paid by the deadline will be subject to water shutoff starting Wednesday morning, along with standard disconnection and reconnection fees.

The City recognizes that this monthly deadline can be challenging for some households, whether due to financial hardship or confusion about timing. Residents who may be facing difficulty meeting their utility payment are encouraged to contact the Utility Billing Office as soon as possible.

Payments can be made at any time prior to the deadline through XPress Billpay. The City appreciates the community’s efforts to stay current on utility accounts to avoid service disruption.
