City Council adopts 2026 meeting schedule
The Eagle Mountain City Council has formally adopted its meeting schedule for 2026. The schedule was approved during the Council’s regularly scheduled meeting on Dec. 2, and establishes the standard meeting pattern for the coming year.
The Council will continue to meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month, excluding Election Day, City-observed holidays and other exceptions determined by the Council.
For 2026, Work Sessions will begin at 4 p.m., followed by Policy Sessions at 7 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
Meetings will be held at the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run. The approved schedule includes:
- Jan. 6 and 20, with a special meeting on Jan. 15 at 5 p.m. for a City Council vacancy appointment
- Feb. 3 and 17
- March 3 and 17
- April 7 and 21 (aligned with Alpine School District’s spring break, April 6–10)
- May 5 and 19
- June 2 and 16
- July 7 and 21
- Aug. 4 and 18
- Sept. 1 and 15
- Oct. 6 and 20 (during ASD fall break, Oct. 15–19)
- Nov. 4 and 17, with Election Day falling on Nov. 3
- Dec. 1 and 15
Residents are encouraged to attend and participate. Open portions of meetings may also be monitored electronically through the City’s public meeting portal.
