Keeping Records for Eagle Mountain

The Eagle Mountain City Recorder’s Office manages official city records, prepares City Council agendas and minutes, oversees municipal elections, and ensures public access to information in compliance with GRAMA and open meeting laws. The office handles public notices, maintains the City Code and cemetery records, and provides documentation and policy support to the Mayor and City Council. It plays a key role in keeping city government transparent, organized, and accessible to both residents and staff.

Public Information Requests

The Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) allows you to obtain copies of public records. To request records, fill out a GRAMA request form, and pay the records request fees, if necessary.

Utah County Elections

As Eagle Mountain City’s elections contact, the City Recorder facilitates municipal elections and ensures transparent election information with support from the Utah County Clerk’s Office. The City Recorder is the primary elections official, coordinating election timelines and ensuring voters have transparent, accurate information. For more details, visit our Elections and Voting page

Agendas & Meeting Minutes

The Recorder’s Office prepares the agenda and coordinates public hearings for City Council meetings. To make a comment during a public meeting, you can fill out the form online beforehand up until 4 p.m. for City Council Meetings and 5:30 p.m. for Planning Commission meetings. If you miss the deadline to submit online, you can fill out a form in-person at City Hall when you attend the meeting.
