Water shutdown scheduled for portion of White Hills Thursday

UPDATE 1:30 P.M. 2/20/2025: Water service has been restored to the affected homes.

Residents in the southern end of White Hills should prepare for a temporary water shutdown on Thursday, as crews work to repair a waterline leak on White Crest Drive.

The shutdown, scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., will primarily impact residents on Stagecoach Drive. However, the City’s Water department anticipates water service may be restored earlier than planned. Silver Spur, the original contractor for the line, will be handling the repairs in the area.

City crews have already notified affected residents through door-to-door outreach and distributed flyers with further details.
