UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Summer Utility Assistance Program
Eagle Mountain City is starting a summer utility assistance program for low-moderate income households. This program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. You can read about the program’s policies and procedures to learn more.
Funding is limited to availability and eligible participants will be selected on a first-come first-served basis.
Equal Payment Plan
This option will be available starting July 1, 2025 and is designed to help even out the highs and lows of your monthly utility bill for easier budgeting.
