Shop Local: Nov. 30 declared Small Business Saturday in Eagle Mountain
Eagle Mountain City has declared Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024, as “Small Business Saturday,” a day dedicated to supporting the community’s thriving local businesses.
With over 900 businesses operating within the city—more than 700 of which are home-based—residents are encouraged to explore the diverse products and services offered locally.
The proclamation, adopted by the Eagle Mountain City Council, highlights the importance of small businesses to the city’s economy and community fabric.
Throughout the year, Eagle Mountain City partners with the Chamber of Commerce to host events that promote local enterprises, such as the Farmer’s Market and the popular Shopfest Utah.
These initiatives not only showcase the unique offerings of local entrepreneurs but also foster a stronger sense of community pride.
Small Business Saturday aligns with the City’s broader economic development goals, focusing on responsible growth and empowering local businesses as key contributors to Eagle Mountain.
Residents are invited to celebrate by shopping locally, discovering new businesses and making a positive impact on the community.
