Hosting events that cultivate community and belonging
Making memories
A city isn’t just a place to live, shop, and work, it’s a place where people come together to build lasting relationships. Eagle Mountain City’s Events department plans events that foster connections between families, neighbors, and newcomers.

Permit your event
Special events like birthday parties, fundraisers, neighborhood gatherings, and public races offer great opportunities for residents to strengthen bonds. To ensure safety, traffic control, property maintenance, and effective coordination, we require special event permits for events with 30 or more participants held in streets or other public land.

Some events may require insurance and a refundable bond fee. All events with inflatable attractions, such as bounce houses, will need to provide insurance. Find more detailed information under 12.30.050 in City Code.

Event Hours
Private events held on City property must finish by midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 10 p.m. on all other days. These guidelines help ensure that special events are safe and enjoyable for everyone, contributing to the well-being of our community.
Park Pavilions
Pavilions are available for use from April 1 to Oct. 15, offering a fun and affordable way to host graduation parties, wedding receptions, family reunions, and more. Due to their popularity, you’ll need to reserve a pavilion in advance using our Pavilion Reservation Portal. For cancellations or refunds, email us.
